Telling heartfelt love stories in wild and hidden landscapes of Scotland, that feel like pages out of a storybook

In Scotland, exchanging vows can be in a Caledonian pine forest, in the highlands with no pressure, or on a vast and intimate beach, or on the coast with dramatic cliffs.

You want a day that feels real, and fun and full of freedom to be yourselves. Not a day spent being watched, or even having to stand in line to get married.

NICE WORDS

Let's Get Started

Alongside your full storytelling digital gallery, available to you via a custom online portal, my clients have access to fine art prints and can select heirloom keepsakes to last generations to come. My goal is for your images to be passed down.

Working with a limited, selected number of clients a year allows for a personal and caring experience. I provide location guidance and recommendations. I believe in kind-hearted communication, openness with expression, and approachability with your vision and values.

Your wedding weekend is custom tailored — so is our photography experience. I don't have rigid packages for you to choose from, but rather, I get to know you and your needs first. I provide help with elopement planning & timeline curation. Most clients invest an average of £1200 for their 6+ hour wedding day.

Definitely! I specialise in the North East of Scotland, "the other side of Scotland" as I like to call it, because there are less crowds, less midges and lots of hidden fairytale like locations, but I totally love any part of Scotland and I'm down to travel wherever you want to run away to.

Do you photograph all over Scotland?

Sometimes! A lot of Scottish National Parks, National Trusts and Historic Estates do require permission and possibly a permit, whereas other remote hills, lochs or forests might not. It's important to plan ahead so your day is legal and stress-free!

Do we need a permit for our Scotland Elopement Location?

Most couples book six to twelve months in advance, but last minute bookings are possible depending on where and when! It's best to reach out as early as possible to secure permits and ideal dates.

How far in advance should we book you?

Maybe you are wondering...

Galleries are typically delivered within 10 weeks, and I send a sneak peak your way within a few days of your elopement!

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

Of course. Whoever you are, and however you love each other, you're welcome here. My work celebrates the human experience, in all of its beautiful and messy ways. I am here for everyone, just as they are.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

I don't have an exact set amount that I deliver, however for 4 hour elopements, you will receive at least 250 photos. I believe in quality over quantity and will make sure I include all of the important photos of your day.

How many photos will we recieve

  • Questionnaire: I get to know your personalities and use what I learn about you to help plan every part of your day
  • Location Scouting: I have spent years exploring Scotland and know so many storybook hidden gems
  • Local recommendations: I have a lot of favourite vendors, accomodations and local knowledge on things to include in your day.
  • Custom Timelines: We plan the day to go with your flow, and ensure we include everything you want, nothing you dont want, so you enjoy your day.
  • Permit help: Different areas of Scotland have different ownders and I can help you with the steps you'll need to take to get the permits you need!

An elopement isn’t about totally winging it, it's about doing what feels right to you. It’s about the two of you sharing vows and being together in nature.

This marks start of your next chapter. I want to get to know you so I can capture your day gently, truthfully, and without rush. Today is about the two of you and the beginning of your happily ever after.

Here's how I make your elopement in Scotland truly yours
